Where can you get repair powder in Dark Souls II

In Shaded Woods(Ruins) area of Dark Souls 2, there is place with a giant hole on the ground. When you fall through it you will enter a small cave which has acid pits. At first I didn’t know it was an acid pit so I stepped on it and as a result my equipment were damaged. My ring of restoration and ring of blades were completely broken. However, it did manage to save some of my  by using the repair powder on time and then carefully avoiding those pits to make my way out of that cave. I found out later that the damaged stuffs could also be fully repaired by simply resting at the bonfire. However, the ones that were totally wrecked could only be repaired by the Majula Blacksmith (Lenigrast). After this brief yet surprising incident, I went looking for more repair powder so that I can use it later if needed. So where can you get repair powder in Dark Souls II? Where do you buy it?

Note that the repair powder doesn’t fully restore your items and it doesnt work if it’s totally broken. It restores 30 durability to weapons, 50 to armor, 20 to rings. A lot of people have problem finding repair powder but you can find it in many places and also buy it from NPCs like the Blacksmith and Steady Hand McDuff. However, for infinite repair powder you will need to reach the Drangleic Castle and then talk with the merchant named Chancellor Wellager. The Drangleic Castle area is pretty far in the game though. 

Locations of repair powder in Dark Souls 2

•  x1 purchasable from Blacksmith Lenigrast in Majula for 2,500 souls

• x1 found on a corpse in Lost Bastille after riding on top of the elevator down near the entrance from No Mans Wharf

• x1 purchasable from Steady Hand McDuff in Lost Bastille for 2,500 souls after you give him the Dull Ember

• x1 in a chest in No Mans Wharf

• x1 sold by Magerold of Lanafir for 2500 souls.

• x1 found on a corpse in Iron Keep along with a Soul of a Proud Knight.

• x5 In Drangleic Castle in the shortcut near the Mastodon Knights, Syan Knights and Archers (near Central Castle Drangleic Bonfire). The room also contains an Estus Flask Shard and 10 Flame Butterflies (It is possible to run past all the knights, however keep in mind that two Syan Knights will follow you in there, and the only way out is by not only pulling a lever, but by opening a door, so prepare to turn around and engage in a 2v1 fight).

If youre having a hard time defeating the Pursuer boss using your usual lock target, Dodge and

Attack technique, you can check out the video below. I actually managed to defeat him in a few seconds by using the giant crossbow Ballista. You can just let him come to you and perform an attack so that he is in line with the Ballista. After that simply dodge the attack and run towards the Ballista and fire it. Don’t look back or anything just run straight and grab the Ballista. If you hesitate, the Pursuer will just wreck the Ballista and it will be very difficult to defeat him after that.

If you manage to hit him with the Ballista arrow, he will incur massive damage. He should be down 90% of his health and now you can kill him with one hit. The usual Parry, Dodge, Circle Strafing strategy can also be used to defeat him, but that will take a lot longer than using the Ballista. Watch the video below to see how to you the Ballista strategy but you can use the Ballista any way you like, just try to hit him once. The video also shows where you will find the Drangleic Armor, Drangleic Shield and Drangleic Sword.

How to fix screen completely dark on Android Lollipop after setting brightness to zero

First of all don’t freak out because the screen going completely black is a Lollipop bug, meaning it’s just a software glitch and not a serious hardware flaw. So what this bug does is it turns your display completely blank when you set the brightness to its minimum value using the brightness slider in the quick access menu. This mostly occurs only if you have your adaptive brightness enabled on the display settings. Your Android phone or tablet is not screwed it’s just that it’s stuck in 0 brightness setting. This bug has probably been addressed in the latest Lollipop version so you may not get this error if you have the latest Lollipop 5.1.1 version. But if you’ve just experienced this problem try the below methods to turn your display back on- to fix completely dark screen on Android Lollipop after setting the brightness to zero or minimum :

Method 1: Sliding the brightness level back to full while display is still dark

This method is a guessing game. You won’t see anything on your screen but your screen will still be on so you’ll be able to access the quick settings my swiping down. After which you will have to guess the location of the brightness slider and then start tapping from middle of the screen to the right. If you get it wrong at first, press the sleep button and again turn your screen on and repeat the steps until you get it right. I managed to get the brightness back on in first try.

1. If you think your screen has gone to sleep. Press the power button.
2. Swipe down (this will open the quick settings along with the brightness slider but you won’t see it yet) 
3.  Count three rows down from the top of your screen using your finger tip and slide your finger to the middle of the screen and start tapping to the right. When your finger tip catches the brightness slider, you will get your screen back. The slider is at the middle about 30% below the top of your screen. 
4. Now Go to Settings >> Display >> Disable “Adaptive brightness” 

Method 2: Use ADB for resetting brightness

This method uses the ADB tool of Android SDK to set the brightness level for your tablet or
smartphone. For this you will need to download and install or extract the Android SDK Tools for your Windows PC or Mac. Inside the Android SDK tools folder you will find Platform Tools folder where your will have the ADB

Things you will need to do first:

• Download and install Android SDK Tools where you will find the ADB tool inside Platform folder Make sure USB debugging is turned on by going to Settings >> Developer options >> Enable “USB debugging” 
• Make sure that your Android device’s USB drivers is installed on your PC or Mac 
• Simply connect your Android device (USB debugging enabled) to your PC/Mac and it should download the USB drivers automatically from the internet. Or, you can manually download it from your device manufacturer’s website
• If you can’t find developer’s options, go to Settings >>About Tablet/Phone >> Continuously tap on the Build number till you get a notification saying developer options have been enabled. 

Here are the steps to set the brightness using the ADB tool

1. Connect your USB debugging enabled device to your PC/Mac
2. Start command line (On windows, press start key and then type “cmd” ) 
3. Inside cmd window, enter the location(directory) where adb.exe is placed a. In Windows cmd, you can enter a folder by typing CD followed by the folder name 
4. Now run this command to set the new brightness level-  adb shell settings put system screen_brightness 200 
5. Your brightness level should now be set to maximum and your screen should be visible 
6. Now Go to Settings >> Display >> Disable “Adaptive brightness”.

 I hope the above methods helped you get back your totally blank (dark) screen in Android Lollipop. Do not turn on the adaptive brightness unless you’ve received the latest Android Lollipop update.

While playing Dark Souls 2 yesterday, I accidentally stepped on some gooey acidic liquid inside a underground cave in the Shaded wood and then damaged some of my rings. Then I couldn’t figure out how to repair my ring of restoration, ring of blades and my Drangleic armor. Some of my rings, armor and weapons were partially damaged, and they were restored to 100% durability after resting at the bonfire but the fully damaged stuffs were still 0 durability. So how do you repair rings and other stuffs in Dark Souls 2?

Blacksmiths Workshop at Majula

I already knew the Blacksmith in Majula did all the repairing so I traveled there. Then I talked to the Blacksmith and chose the repair items option. I was a little surprised to see that the fully damaged rings cost insanely high to repair. I think the ring of restoration required over 15000 souls to repair- it was the most expensive repair so I decided to leave it as it because I could use the souls to level up plus the ring of restoration is not much use because by the time youve reached the Shaded Wood area, you probably have 5+ Estus Flask and some Lifegems, which should easily get you through the remaining levels.

Be careful about the elements that damage your items. As soon as you get the “item damaged” make sure to use some repair powder or to go to a nearby bonfire so that you can restore fully durability before your item gets totally wrecked

The Drangleic Armor is a badass armor set which you can get pretty early on in Dark Souls 2. Once you have the armor set, Drangleic Sword and Drangleic Shield, you will realize that you’ve become much powerful now. The sword incurs massive damage and the armor + shield will let you take heavy blows without incurring much damage.  A lot of players however miss the area where the Drangleic Sword, Shield and Armor is located. The entire set is actually located right in the area where you fight the Pursuer. I guess most players get really excited after defeating the Pursuer and then head right back to Majula to level up instead of looking around for items. The location of the Drangleic armor and weapon set is not really that obvious but it’s not too hard to find either. Read below to find out how to get Drangleic Armor set early in Dark Souls 2:

Once you’ve beaten the Pursuer, go straight towards an opening which was initially blocked by some kind of fog or mist. Go ahead and you will see the whole floor is destroyed. Just drop down below. A lot of people reach this place and then fear they will die if they jump and lose all of their hard earned souls. But it’s safe to jump because you won’t lose much health. There you will find a corpse lying there, Press A or whatever key you use in your PC, Xbox or PS4. Congrats, you now get the badass Drangleic Sword, Drangleic Shield, Drangleic Mail, Drangleic Gauntlets, and Drangleic Leggings. However, one thing missing here is the Drangleic Helm, which you will only get from Captain Drummond, after defeating the Giant Lord in the Memory of Jeigh. Note that you can upgrade Drangleic equipment up to +5 with Twinkling Titanites. However, you will get Twinkling Titanites only later on the game.

• Jika anda mendownload lewat PC, maka ambil file dan taruh di folder smartphone yang diinginkan, setelah itu pastikan BBM bawaan pabrik atau BBM MOD yang sudah terinstal sudah anda uninstal dan nonaktifkan secara benar, setelah itu instal BBM MOD yang baru
• Bila menggunakan BBM MOD versi Clone, maka langsung instal saja.

Perbedaan Clone dan No Clone BBM MOD Dan Official

1. Pada prinsipnya BBM versi Clone maupun No Clone BBM MOD versi clone maupun no clone itu sama, hanya saja jika anda menggunakan BBM Official Clone (biasanya ditulis dengan nama BBM 1, BBM 2, BBM 3 dst) dan BBM MOD Clone all version, maka langsung saja diinstall, karena dalam satu smartphone mampu menginstal hingga lebih dari satu akun BBM 
2. Jika BBM MOD yang ingin diinstal versi NO CLONE, maka lakukan uninstalling pada BBM  Official atau BBM MOD yang sudah terpasan sebelumnya, agar BBM MOD yang baru bisa diinstall
